Returns one registration. This is how you follow the review: watch status. under_review covers both our own triage and the carrier's, so it can last days. There is no status webhook yet.

Use GET /v1/rcs/agents/{id} with the agent id returned at registration to check its review status. Read rejection_reason if the status is rejected; correct the registration with PUT /v1/rcs/agents/{id}. This request requires both api-token and app-id headers.
